These terms
These terms apply when you buy from www.mystreetprints.co.uk. Please read them with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which also form part of our agreement with you. If you're buying as a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

1. Our products

We sell posters, canvases and framed prints of places, made to order and printed by our print partner in the UK. There are two kinds:

  • Personalised posters, which you create in our poster maker by choosing a place, a style, a photo and your own text.
  • Ready-made posters, which are designs we sell as they are.

How the artwork is made. Our illustrations are created with AI image tools from a real photograph of the place, then checked so that buildings, landmarks and scenery stay true to the photo. The place name, subtitle and message are set by us exactly as they're entered.

What you see on screen. Previews and product photos show what your print will look like, but every screen displays colour a little differently, so small differences between your screen and the printed product are normal. Sizes are approximate to within a few millimetres. Framed prints arrive ready to hang, and canvases are stretched over a slim wooden frame.

2. Personalised orders

  • Check before you order. We print exactly what you approve, including spelling, dates and the place you choose. Please check your preview carefully.
  • Your text. You're responsible for the text you add. Don't include anything offensive, unlawful or defamatory, or anyone else's personal details without their permission.
  • Content we won't print. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we reasonably believe its content breaks these rules or someone else's rights.

3. Photos you upload

Your photo, your permission. You can make a poster from a photo you upload. Please only upload a photo you took yourself, or one you have the owner's permission to use. When you upload, we'll ask you to confirm this.

What we do with your photo. You keep ownership of your photo. By uploading it, you give Weekender Brands Ltd permission to store it, use it to create your artwork, show the artwork to you, and print and deliver your order. We keep your photo and artwork so we can handle reprints, replacements and questions about your order, as explained in our Privacy Policy, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Other customers can buy posters of your photo, unless you opt out. When you upload a photo, the box "Let other customers buy posters made from my photo" is ticked. While it's ticked, you give Weekender Brands Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your photo and the artwork we make from it to create, display and sell posters and prints to other customers, and to show them on our website and in our marketing. Your name, text and message are never included. To keep your photo private, untick the box before you order. You can also opt out later at any time by emailing hello@weekenderbrands.com, and we'll stop offering new posters made from your photo. Posters already sold, or already in production, aren't affected.

Photos we can't use. Please don't upload photos that:

  • show identifiable people who haven't agreed to it;
  • show private details such as house numbers, car registrations or the inside of someone's home;
  • are someone else's artwork, photograph, logo or other copyrighted work.

We may decline to make a poster from a photo, or remove one, if we think it breaks these rules or someone tells us it infringes their rights.

4. Designs made in our poster maker

Posters are made from free-to-use photos or from photos customers upload. When a poster made from a free-to-use photo is bought, we may offer the same artwork to other customers as a ready-made poster. Your name, subtitle and message are always removed first. Artwork made from a photo you uploaded is offered to others unless you've opted out, as described above.

5. Your order and our contract

  • When we accept. After you place an order, we'll email you to confirm it. That confirmation is when our contract with you begins.
  • If we can't make it. If we can't accept or complete an order (for example, a pricing mistake, an address we can't deliver to, or content we won't print), we'll tell you and refund you in full.
  • Changing or cancelling. Orders go to print quickly. Our Refund Policy explains how to change or cancel an order.

6. Prices and payment

  • Currency. Prices are in pounds sterling. We aren't registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices.
  • Delivery. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Taking payment. Payment is taken when you place your order, through our checkout provider.
  • Pricing mistakes. If a price on our site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before your order is made, and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to the address you gave us, or to someone you've asked us to leave it with. It becomes yours once it's delivered and we've received payment.

8. Changing your mind, and faulty items

  • Personalised posters. These are made to your specifications, so the 14-day right to cancel online orders doesn't apply once your order has gone into production (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28).
  • Ready-made posters. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery, as explained in our Refund Policy.
  • Faulty, damaged or wrong items. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, we'll put it right with a reprint or a refund. Our Refund Policy explains how. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Our designs

The artwork, designs, text and images on our website belong to us or the people we license them from. When you buy a print, it's for your own personal use, including as a gift. Please don't copy, reproduce, resell or share our artwork or preview images for commercial purposes without our written permission. Watermarked share images are for sharing with friends and family only.

10. Our responsibility to you

  • What we're responsible for. If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure, but not for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
  • What we never limit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your legal rights as a consumer.
  • Private use only. Our products are sold for private and domestic use. We aren't responsible for business losses, such as loss of profit or business opportunity.

11. Events outside our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, strikes or courier disruption. If one affects your order, we'll let you know. If the delay is long, you can cancel for a full refund.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on our website when you placed it.

13. The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you want to bring a claim, you can do so in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

14. Questions and complaints

If you have a question or a complaint, email hello@weekenderbrands.com and we'll reply as soon as we can, usually within two working days.
